1. Where do you ship to?

We currently offer shipping to Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team to see if we can make special arrangements.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-6 business days.

Delivery Time: * Local (Hong Kong): 7-14 business days.

International: 10–26 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Local orders over $300 qualify for Free Shipping.

International shipping rates start from $70+.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

If your package is damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately and email them to us at info@jw-modelling.com.hk within 48 hours of receipt.
